To enroll for St. Monica Soccer & Volleyball, click the link below. Once the process is complete, confirmation will be sent from mailbox info@stmonicasports.org. Make sure to add that address to your email safe list to confirm your registration.

Registration is closed after May 31. All registrations after this point will be subject to a $25 late fee per family. Refunds for the season are only provided before July 30 if the family is moving out of the area or if decided on by the sport's directors based on special circumstances.

CYC ID Cards
All coaches, assistant coaches and players Grade 5 and older are required to have CYC photo ID cards to participate in any game.

Modern technology has finally reached the playing fields; CYC ID cards are almost there. You are able to apply for your CYC ID Card online! For those of you that do not have access to a computer, you can still obtain your card by attending a scheduled ID Card session. These sessions will no longer be held at the parishes, but will be scheduled at the CYC Office location.

You will be able to apply for your card from home. No more having to drive across town after missing the ID session last week at your parish. No more standing in the long lines two weeks or the night before the season starts. Check www.cycstl.net for updates on the program.
